A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

In light of the above legal principles, the Defendant’s act of purchasing a forged credit card from “C” and the Defendant’s act of purchasing a forged credit card to “C” and the Defendant’s act of purchasing a forged credit card to “C” and the Defendant’s act of purchasing a forged credit card, and then, the Defendant’s act of purchasing a forged credit card to “C” and the Defendant’s act of purchasing a stolen credit card.

1. The Defendant who attempted to commit fraud, attempted fraud, violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Credit Business, and violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Credit Business is entitled to receive instructions from C on December 24, 2015, from the victim corporation Embcheon-ro, 187 (Sacheon-ro, Twitcheon-ro, 200,000 won in the market price of 7.20,000 won in purchase of the f. f. f. f. f. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. * - 8453) by presenting the price as his credit card.

In collusion with the above one-person “C”, the Defendant, from January 26, 2016 to January 16, 2016, obtained property equivalent to the total market value of KRW 8,115,060 by using a forged credit card through seven times from January 26, 2016, as well as from January 26, 2016. The Defendant attempted to acquire property of KRW 11,401,000 in total using a forged credit card through ten times from December 24, 2015 to January 25, 2016, but failed to obtain approval of the card.

2. A criminal defendant who attempted to commit fraud using computers, etc., fraud by using computers, etc., a violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Credit, and a violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Credit, is the Daejeon-gu Industrial Complex, Daejeon around January 13, 2016.
