Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person shall use forged or altered credit cards in financial business specializing in lending credit cards and attempted fraud;
Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired on December 26, 2017 at the Jeju International Airport Delivery Chapter 10:48, and attempted to purchase 1 gold thmbs on the part of the victim M's K-free shop employee at the Korean K-free shop in order to purchase 4,484,490 won in the market price by suggesting the victim together with the passport, and to obtain thmbs on the part of the victim M's K-free shop employee at the K-free shop in order to obtain thmbs by delivery at the Jeju International Airport Delivery Chapter 10:48 on the same day. However, the Defendants failed to receive stmbs on the same day.
In addition, from the above perspective to 12:16 of the same day, the Defendants used forged credit cards with the same method over 18 times in total, such as the first list of crimes committed during the same period from the above point of view to 12:16 of the same day, and attempted to acquire property equivalent to the total market value of KRW 58,927,275 from the victims.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to commit the attempted crime of deceiving the victim by deceiving the victim, and used the forged credit card.
