A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, who was in exclusive charge of forging a credit card, was willing to purchase high-priced goods by using a credit card from a person who was in exclusive charge of forging a credit card, and to divide the above accomplices and profits.
1. Around October 24, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business (the part on the acquisition of forged credit cards) received a forged credit card by putting a credit card (number : D) issued by the card company issued by the non-offender from the aforementioned non-offenders in the card company with the information attached to the French “BNPAPABASBK”, and received 10 pages from around that time to October 27, 2015 as shown in the attached Table 1 list of crimes.
Accordingly, the defendant acquired 10 copies of forged credit cards for the purpose of exercising them.
2. On October 24, 2015, the Defendant attempted to purchase goods worth KRW 12,606,000 in total seven times in total, as shown in the List of Offenses in Attached Crimes, from around October 24, 2015 to around October 17:45, 2015, for the purpose of purchasing gold products equivalent to KRW 2220,00 in the market price, but the Defendant failed to purchase the goods on the wind that is not settled due to such reasons as having attempted to purchase gold products at the expense of KRW 2220,00 in the market price while presenting the relevant gold products to the victim G at the expense of around 20:3,00,000 from around 2:0 to around 26:0, 2015.
Therefore, the defendant, in collusion with an infinite accomplice, received property by using a forged credit card, but did not bring about such intent, but did not commit an attempted crime.
3. On October 27, 2015, in violation of the Act on the Financial Business Specializing in Credit (the portion on the use of forged credit cards) and the Defendant’s fraud, the Defendant presented the forged credit card (number: J) as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1) to the victim K at H located in Daegu-gun: 16:06 around October 27, 2015.
