A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 1, 2016, the Defendant, as Malaysia, selected a place where a forged credit card can be used in return for the price under the proposal of the names and needy persons (one "C", one-time "D"), known through B (one-time, one-time, one-time, and one-time, one-time, one-year, imprisonment with labor on September 15, 2017), F (F, one-year, and one-year, imprisonment with labor on November 17, 2017), G (G, and eight-year, imprisonment with labor on April 28, 2018), etc., purchased the forged credit card and conspired to play a role in sending it to Malaysia.

1. On July 25, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Fraudulent and Credit Financial Business: (a) sent to “C” and “D” a photograph of the location of the said store at “I” store operated by the victim I Co., Ltd., Ltd., the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with B; (b) “D” sent it to F and ordered the purchase of forged credit cards; and (c) accordingly, F presented forged credit cards (credit card number J) to an employee under the name of the said store as if it was duly formed upon the purchase of the sports at the said store; and (d) thereafter, the Defendant sent a number of 5,310,000 won at the market price from the employee to the Defendant in the vicinity of the Seodaemun-gu Cultural Park in Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul, and then sent it to the Defendant in the vicinity of the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the Central Post Office 70 times July 27, 2017.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with the above “C”, “D”, and “F, and used forged credit cards worth KRW 5,310,00,000, as well as acquiring and using forged credit cards. From June 17, 2017 to August 9, 2017, in collusion with the foregoing “C”, “D”, “E, F, and G, and used forged credit cards worth KRW 21,74,554 in total on 22 occasions.

2. The Defendant who has attempted to commit fraud and violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Credit Business is located in K in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul around 13:54 on July 26, 2017.
