Defendant
A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Defendant A’s crime of forging a credit card was committed by accessing the Defendant’s residence located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, by using a computer to search the Internet bar president recruitment site, and then purchasing, disposing of, and dividing profits therefrom into 6:4, the Defendant offered a proposal by using the card reproduction machine, and contacted the name misperceptist who posted the relevant writing with the name unrestist, and then received a CD 1 and a credit card copy via Kwikset Service on December 9, 2013, and installed the said reproduction program in the Defendant’s PC.
On January 13, 2014, at around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) linked the card reproduction machine obtained at the above location as above to the Defendant’s PC; (b) sought the above reproduction program, and then, (c) forged the card copy under the name of (E) in a manner that inputs information, and read the credit card in the name of (E) in the name of (E) that was received in advance, and then read it to the card reproduction machine.
Then, at the above time and place, the Defendant forged the Non-Cock Credit Card (Credit Card Number: H) in the name of the State in the above manner.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged a total of two credit cards.
2. On January 14, 2014, Defendant A and Defendant B’s joint criminal conduct of forging credit cards, Defendant B met with Defendant B, and made a proposal to obtain profits therefrom by purchasing and disposing of high-priced goods by using the forged credit cards, and Defendant B consented thereto.
On January 14, 2014, at around 11:00, at the same place as described in paragraph (1), the Defendants conspired to forge one copy of the non-feas credit card (credit card number: J) in the name of the State in the same manner as described in paragraph (1), and thereafter up to January 19, 2014, the Defendants included six credit cards as described in the attached Table (1) in the same manner.
