Punishment of the crime

On February 6, 2017, the Defendants: (a) entered the Republic of Korea through the Jeju International Airport through the Jeju International Airport; (b) purchased electronic equipment by forging a credit card in the Republic of Korea; and (c) recruited profits from selling electronic equipment.

1. On February 6, 2017, Defendant B violated the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business: (a) obtained the card forgery presses (No. 10) from among the credit card reproduction equipment prepared by Defendant A, and transported them to Defendant B’s travel bags; and (b) carried them into Korea.

Defendant

A around 13:30 on February 7, 2017, G hotel 1006, located in the Jeju City, G hotel 1006, through smartphone-type display, inputs a credit card forgery program installed in the Nowon-gu computer, and inputs a plastic card information by using a credit card forgery frame carried in by Defendant B, and then puts a credit card number into the plastic card (credit card number : I).

Defendant B, including this, conspired to transport forged equipment, such as card forgery presses (No. 10), from Jeju-do Council members, and Defendant A forged a credit card by using card forgery presses, etc.

1. A total of five credit cards, such as entries, were forged.

2. On February 7, 2017, Defendants in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit-Related Business purchased fash 1 credit cards (credit card number: I) as shown in paragraph (1) at the new Jeju branch of Emart Co., Ltd., Inc., Ltd., the victim of Emart, which was located 1100,3348, Jeju city around February 15, 201.

As above, the Defendants were issued a 880,000 won par value at the market price from the injured party by deceiving the injured party’s employee’s name in distress.
