Defendant B and Defendant C are married with each other, and each of the lands listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the lands of this case”), and where individual land is referred to as “each of the lands of this case,” the Defendants purchased all or part of the pertinent land after 1970 and completed the registration of ownership transfer by using a list number, and completed the registration of ownership transfer. Specifically examining the land of this case 1 on May 22, 1987, the Suwon District Court received No. 18960 on May 29, 1987 with respect to the land of this case No. 2 of this case under Defendant C’s name on the ground of sale on December 28, 1974, under the name of the same court received on December 31, 319 of the same month in the name of Defendant C on the ground of sale on December 28, 1974, and with respect to the land of this case No. 3 of this case under Defendant C’s name on March 26, 1972.
4.6. Receiving No. 4180, with respect to the land No. 5 of this case, the same court’s receipt of the same day in the name of Defendant C due to trade on October 8, 1973, and with respect to the land No. 6 of this case, the same year in the name of Defendant C due to trade on June 27, 1973.
