1. The Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) regarding each of the real estates listed in the separate sheet, 1/5 shares, respectively.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. The registration of ownership transfer and provisional registration has been completed on September 3, 198 on each real estate listed in the separate sheet for the registration of ownership transfer and the provisional registration, and the provisional registration of the right to claim ownership transfer (hereinafter “the provisional registration of this case”) was completed on the ground of sale executed on August 13, 198 by 22483, which was received on September 3, 198, and on November 17, 1988, by G No. 29749, Nov. 16, 198, the provisional registration of the right to claim ownership transfer was completed (hereinafter “the provisional registration of this case”).

B. 1) Matters concerning the registration of ownership of this case and the transfer of provisional registration have been completed jointly in the name of the H and Do I with respect to the real estate listed in paragraphs 1 and 3 of the [Attachment List]. 2) In accordance with the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 3094, Dec. 31, 1997; hereinafter “Special Measures Act”), with respect to the real estate listed in paragraph 1 of the [Attachment List], on the ground of sale on August 28, 1981 by the 18988, received on February 1, 1973 by the 18950, received on August 28, 1981 by the 18950, received on July 10, 1971; and on the real estate listed in Paragraph 3 of the [Attachment List], the ownership transfer registration was accepted on August 13, 1981 by the Postal Administration.

3) On September 26, 1983, the registration of the provisional claim for transfer of ownership was completed in G, A, K, L, and M as of September 26, 19964 at the same registry office on each real estate listed in the separate sheet, and was cancelled on April 27, 1988.C. The Defendants, as G’s children, died in G on March 5, 1994, and the Defendants, who were their wife N and their children, succeeded to G’s property as of the first 1/5 shares, following the Defendants’ death.
