1. Basic facts

A. With respect to the land listed in [Attachment 1 List No. 1] (hereinafter “instant land”), the registration of ownership transfer for V, W, Defendant B, Q, and R was completed by the Daegu District Court No. 9898, Jun. 13, 1980, which was received as of June 13, 1980, due to the purchase and sale as of May 3, 1973, with respect to the land listed in [Attachment 1 List No. 1] as the right holder of equity right.

After that, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of Defendant L was completed due to the inheritance due to the division by agreement from July 1, 2014 to December 5, 2008 of the same registry office as of July 1, 2014 with respect to W shares in the instant land No. 1, and the registration of ownership transfer in the name of Defendant S was completed due to the donation from July 24, 2014 to July 1, 2014 by the same registry office as of July 24, 2014.

With respect to the V shares in the land of this case, the transfer registration for the ownership of Defendant C was completed with the right holder of the 42/70 share, Defendant D, and Dong K as the right holder of the 28/70 share, Defendant E, and J as the right holder of the 770 share, the right holder of the 7/70 share, the right holder of the 18/70 share, the right holder of the 18/70 share, the defendant F as the right holder of the 13345, the receipt of November 11, 2016, and the inheritance of the property of March 29, 1989.

B. With respect to the land listed in [Attachment 1] List 2 (hereinafter “instant land”) as indicated in [Attachment 1] (hereinafter “Attachment 2”), the ownership transfer registration for V, W, Defendants B, Q, and R was completed by the Daegu District Court No. 9576, Jun. 13, 1980, which was received on June 13, 1980, based on the purchase and sale as of May 3, 1973, with a right holder of 1/5 each.

After all, with respect to V shares in the instant land No. 2, the same registry office received as of November 11, 2016 from No. 13345, and as of March 29, 1989, Defendant C is a right holder of 42/70, Defendant D, and net K, respectively, the right holder of 28/70, Defendant E, and J, the right holder of 7/70, the right holder of 18/70, the right holder of Defendant F, the right holder of 18/70, the right holder of Defendant G, and H, the right holder of 12/70, respectively, and the registration of transfer of ownership with respect to W shares in the instant land No. 2, the right holder of the same registry office received on November 11, 2016, and with respect to W shares in the instant land No. 1346, Dec. 2, 2008
