Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 27, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment in the Seoul Northern District Court due to night residence intrusion theft, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on April 10, 2012 at Seongdong-gu District Court.

1. From June 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00 on June 25, 2012, the Defendant: (b) opened and intruded a bath guide room for the said bath room, which was not locked by the victim D in Samcheon-si, Gangwon-do; and (c) opened and intruded into the said bath room at the victim’s hand room located on the relevant floor; and (d) took a brupt female wall in the amount of KRW 140,000 at the market price containing one copy of modern credit card, etc. at the victim’s hand.
2. On June 25, 2012, the Defendant in violation of the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act concluded that, as set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant presented a stolen modern credit card (credit card number: I) to the victim as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s credit card holder, the Defendant would purchase satisfaction.
However, the defendant was not the owner or the legitimate holder of the credit card, and even if he purchased the satisfaction, he did not have the intention or ability to pay the price.
The Defendant received from the victim a sufficient amount of KRW 25,00 in the market price of 25,00 from the victim, and signed and issued the stolen credit card sales slips from June 25, 2012 to June 26, 200: (a) from June 25, 2012 to June 16, 2012, the Defendant received the total amount of 631,000 won from three victims in the same way as indicated in the annexed crime list; and (b) used stolen credit cards.

1. At around 13:00 on June 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened a studio door, which was not set up in the house of the victim J located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun; and (b) intruded the inside, and stolen the said door with approximately KRW 30,000 in the face of the victim who was located there.
