A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The crime committed on July 21, 2015;

A. A. On July 21, 2015, the Defendant stolen the victim E with one string of the 800,000,000 won in the market price owned by the victim, using the gap in which the victim E was temporarily locked in order to smoke tobacco, at around 20:24, 2015, one string PC, one 30,000 in cash, and 4,000 in the Philippines, such as Hyundai Credit Card, five 5, passport, automobile key, and one 200,000 won in the market price in which there was an identification card.

나. 사기 및 여신전문금융업법위반 피고인은 2015. 7. 21. 20:30경 부산 사하구 F에 있는 피해자 G이 운영하는 ‘H’ 중국식당에서 제1의 가항과 같이 절취한 위 E의 현대신용카드를 제시하면서 마치 피고인이 위 카드의 정당한 사용권자인 것처럼 피해자를 기망하여 피해자로부터 시가 8,000원 상당의 짬뽕 1그릇, 소주 1병을 교부받고, 도난당한 신용카드를 사용한 것을 비롯하여, 그 때부터 같은 달 22. 까지 별지 범죄일람표(1) 기재와 같이 13회에 걸쳐 절취한 위 E의 현대신용카드로 피해자들을 기망하여 합계 1,167,900원 상당의 재물을 교부받고 도난당한 신용카드를 사용하였다.

2. The crime committed on July 28, 2015;

A. At around 21:40 on July 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed theft, with one hand, and stolen a hand tag containing KRW 200,000,000,000 in cash owned by the victim in the vehicle using the gap in the victim’s location, without correcting the above vehicle’s door on the K-W-owned vehicle owned by the victim J, which was parked on the road near Busan Y-gu I; (b) on the part of the victim’s vehicle, the Defendant did not correct the vehicle’s door.

B. On July 28, 2015, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, presented the above J’s Busan Bank C&C card at the convenience store operated by the Busan L Victim M, as described in paragraph 2(a), and completed the work.
