Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and two months.

However, with respect to Defendant B, for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2013 Highest 4374] The Defendants conspired to acquire money under the pretext of the price of goods by false means that they sell goods to the victims.

On May 17, 2013, the Defendants posted a notice to the PC room located in Bupyeong-si, stating that the Internet portal site is selling the team bridge on the Internet portal bulletin board, and concluded that the Defendant “to send the goods immediately upon deposit of the price of the goods” to the victim M who visited the Internet portal site.

However, since the Defendants did not possess the team bridge, the Defendants did not have the intent or ability to send the team bridge to the victims even if they received the price for the goods from the victims.

From May 20, 2013, Defendants acquired 2,385,500 won in total over 15 times by means of the aforementioned method, as shown in the attached list of crimes, including the receipt of KRW 10 million from the victim to the post office account in the name of N as the price for goods.

[2013 Highest 4565] The Defendants conspired to acquire money under the pretext of the price of goods by misrepresenting that they sell goods to the victims.

On May 1, 2013, the Defendants posted a letter stating that they sell Kamera on the Internet portal website (Internet portal site) bulletin board, and false statement stating that the Defendants would immediately send the goods to the victimO who contacted with the Defendants.

However, the Defendants did not possess a Kameras, so even if they received the price of the goods from the victim, they did not have the intention or ability to send the Kameras to the victim.

The Defendants received KRW 200,000 from the victim to the post office account in the name of P as the price for the goods, and from May 2, 2013, the sum of KRW 774,000 shall be five times in total in the manner described in the attached list of crimes, as above, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
