(a) Transfer on January 12, 1970 of each land listed in separate sheet 1 to 5.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Pursuant to paragraph (6) of the Addenda of the former Land Improvement Project Act (Act No. 948 of Dec. 31, 1961), the Gyeyang Water Cooperative, Gwangju Water Improvement Cooperatives, and the Pakistan Water Cooperative changed their respective names into the Yangyang Land Improvement Cooperatives, Gwangju Land Improvement Cooperatives, and the Pakistan Land Improvement Cooperatives, and the former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act (amended by Act No. 2199 of Jan. 12, 1970 and repealed by Act No. 5077 of Dec. 29, 195; hereinafter referred to as the “former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act”) pursuant to Article 3 (1) of the Addenda of the former Farmland Improvement Cooperatives Act (amended by Act No. 5077 of Dec. 29, 195).

The Gyeyang Farmland Improvement Association, Gwangju Farmland Improvement Association, and Pakistan Farmland Improvement Association shall be dissolved by the enforcement of the former Agricultural Infrastructure Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (established by Act No. 5759, Feb. 5, 1999; hereinafter referred to as the "former Agricultural Infrastructure Corporation Act"), and on January 1, 200, the Korea Agricultural Infrastructure Corporation established on January 1, 200 comprehensively transferred each of the rights and obligations of the Gyeyang Farmland Improvement Association, Gwangju Farmland Improvement Association, and Pakistan Farmland Improvement Association pursuant to Article 9 of the Addenda of

Under Article 3 of the Addenda to the former Korea Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (Act No. 7775 of Dec. 29, 2005), the name was changed to the Korea Rural Community Corporation. The Korea Rural Community Corporation changed to the name of the plaintiff under Article 3 of Addenda to the former Korea Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (Act No. 9276 of Dec. 29, 2008).

B. In around 1966, the Gyeyang land improvement cooperative started works as part of the agricultural water development project and completed the reservoir in the mountain around 1968 after starting works as part of the reservoir development project.

The Gwangju Land Improvement Cooperative, around 1967, started a reservoir construction as part of agricultural water development projects in the whole lots of land listed in the annexed list 6-9, and completed the construction around January 1, 1975, which changed its name to the Gwangju Farmland Improvement Association.
