1. The defendant is based on the transfer on May 13, 1986 to the plaintiff of each real estate listed in the separate sheet.

1. Basic facts

A. The Hadong Repair Association was established under the former Shipbuilding Repair Association Order (Ordinance No. 2, July 2917), and its name was successively changed to the Hadong Farmland Improvement Association under Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Shipbuilding Improvement Association Order (amended by Act No. 948, Dec. 31, 1961; Act No. 2199, Jan. 12, 1970; Act No. 2199, Jan. 12, 1970; Act No. 5077, Dec. 29, 1995; Act No. 3 of the former Farmland Improvement Association Act (amended by Act No. 5077, Dec. 29, 1995; Act No. 3385, Dec. 5, 200).

After December 29, 2005, the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (amended by Act No. 7775 of Dec. 29, 2005) changed its name to the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation under Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (amended by Act No. 7775 of Dec. 29, 2005) and changed its name to the Plaintiff on December 29, 2008 pursuant to Article 3 of Addenda of the former Korea Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (amended by Act No. 927

B. Around December 1985, Hadong-gun completed the construction of the reservoir, etc., which is the farmland improvement facilities (hereinafter “instant reservoir, etc.”) in the Geum-dong-gun, Geumdong-dong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gu, Hadong-dong, Taedong-dong, Haduri, and Maduri-ri.

C. The Defendant owned each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the real estate of this case”) around December 13, 1986, on or around May 13, 1986, on which the Hadong-gun completed the instant reservoir, etc., and around December 21, 1987, the day on which the Hadong-gun transferred the said reservoir, etc. to the Plaintiff. On January 21, 1987, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership preservation in its name under the name of the Changwon-dong District Court Branch of Changwon District Court No. 319 on January 21, 1987.

On May 13, 1986, the Plaintiff andHadong-gun drafted a letter of transfer to the Plaintiff thatHadong-gun transferred the instant reservoir to the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff was on August 30, 1986, the Plaintiff was on the Gyeongnam-do.
