1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. The reason for the transfer on July 5, 1976 with respect to each of the real estates listed in [Attachment 1-8].

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 29, 1941 and November 25, 194, the Student Repair Association was respectively established under the former Shipbuilding Repair Association Order (Ordinance No. 2, No. 2, and repeal of the Decree, July 191) and on November 30, 1961, respectively, and the Young Cancer Repair Association was established under Article 948 of the former Land Improvement Project Act (amended by Act No. 948, Dec. 31, 1961; repealed by Act No. 2199, Jan. 12, 1970); it was established under Article 219 of the former Rural Infrastructure Corporation Act (amended by Act No. 2199, Dec. 12, 1970; Act No. 5073, Dec. 29, 195; Act No. 19533, Mar. 19, 195; Act No. 5335, Feb. 3, 1995).

After December 29, 2005, the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (amended by Act No. 7775 of Dec. 29, 2005) changed their names into the plaintiff under Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (amended by Act No. 7775 of Dec. 29, 2005), and Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Korea Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (amended by Act No. 9276 of Dec. 29, 2008).

B. On the other hand, reservoirs were completed at the Jeonnam Cancer Group as follows:

1) On July 5, 1976, the Youngnam City Improvement Cooperatives started installation work for B in Youngnam-gun A, Youngnam-gun, and completed B reservoirs on July 5, 1976. 2) The Gun Maintenance Cooperatives started installation work for D to the Youngnam-gun Cri, Youngnam-gun, and completed D reservoirs on November 10, 1953.

3) The Student Repair and Aid Association started installation work at the Jeonnam-gun Eri-gun, Youngnam-gun, in 1944 and completed F reservoir around 1945, and started installation work at G around 1957 and completed G reservoir at around 1959.4) The Young-gun started installation work at the Hri-gun, Jeonnam-gun, Young-gun, 1968, and completed I work at the Hri-gun, 1968.
