Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person of "2016 high-level 2718" shall issue or prepare a check, and pay it on the date for presentation due to the shortage of deposits, suspension of transactions, or cancellation or termination of the check contract.

Nevertheless, on April 14, 2004, the Defendant opened a comprehensive bank account with the Dongcheon Branch of the National Bank on April 14, 2004 and issued a provisional index in the name of the Defendant from that time:

1. On April 28, 2016, one copy of the household check (on April 28, 2016, the date of issuance No. B of the check number B), which is a transaction check of the above bank, was issued and the bank was presented for payment within the period for which the holder presented payment, but the bank did not receive payment due to default.

2. On May 12, 2016, one copy of the household check, which is the transaction check of the above bank (as of May 12, 2016, the issuance date of the check C No. 3 million won on the date of the issuance of the check) was issued and the bank was presented for payment within the period for which payment was presented, but the bank did not pay due to default.

3. On June 30, 2016, one copy of the household check which is the above bank transaction check (on June 30, 2016, the D No. D issue date) issued and the holder presented a payment proposal within the period for which payment was made, but the holder did not receive the payment due to default.

4. On July 12, 2016, one copy of the household check (on July 11, 2016, the date of issuance No. B of the check number B), which is a transaction check of the above bank, was issued and the bank was presented for payment within the period for which the holder presented payment, but the bank did not receive payment due to default.

5. On August 1, 2016, a bank transaction check issued one sheet (on July 30, 2016, the date of issuance No. B of the check number B), which is a bank transaction check, and the holder presented a payment proposal within the time limit for payment, but the bank did not pay due to default.

Any person who issues or prepares a check of 2016 fixed-term 3150 shall be subject to the lack of deposits, the suspension of transactions, or the cancellation or termination of the check contract.
