A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a Vietnam who resides in the Republic of Korea and is not a person dealing with narcotics.

1. On August 2018, the Defendant: (a) heard from C to purchase the 600,000 won of the hemp six (2.5gs per 1 salary paper); (b) sought advice from C to arrange the trade of the hemp plant between C and C, and the name-free boxes of the hemp sales books (hereinafter “D”); and (c) expressed to D that he/she would wish to purchase six hemps.

On September 16, 2018, the Defendant received 7 marijuana paper ( approximately 2.5g per salary paper, approximately 17.5g in total) from D at the Defendant’s residence of Masung EF, and arranged for the purchase and sale of marijuana by allowing G, the Defendant’s seat, to deliver a box of the 6-wing paper ( approximately 2.5g per salary paper, approximately 15.28g in total) to C, and at the same time informing C of its account number so that C may deliver the price of marijuana to D, and at the same time, to receive the rest of 1 marijuana ( approximately 2.5g per salary paper) as a consideration for the trade mediation of marijuana.

2. Smoking of hemp plants:

A. On September 17, 2018, from around 22:00 to 23:00 of the same day, the Defendant smoked the hemp in such a way as to deduct the tobacco leaves of ordinary tobacco from the dwelling of the Defendant EF of EF, in the case of harmony, and put a smoke on the hemp tobacco produced by using the hemp in an irregular quantity on the job, and then inhale the smoke.

B. On September 24, 2018, from around 22:00 to 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant smoked the hemp plant in a way that the Defendant deducted the tobacco leaves of ordinary tobacco from the emulative club located in Taewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, and puts the hemp tobacco produced by using the hemp plant in an irregular quantity on the job, and inhales it.

C. The Defendant, at the end of May 22, 2019 from around 22:00 to 23:00 of the same day, deducted the tobacco leaves of ordinary tobacco from the Ih’s Im clubs located in He, and attached the hemp tobacco produced by using the hemp plant with the influence in its job.
