1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B, (1) among the buildings indicated on the attached real estate’s indication, the diversity of the same drawings, the C/C, and the part included in the attached property.
Reasons
1. Following the facts of recognition are without dispute between the plaintiff and the defendant Eul, and between the plaintiff and the defendant Eul corporation, the whole purport of the arguments can be acknowledged by taking into account the following points: Gap evidence 1 and evidence 2-1 to 3.
원고는 2013. 11. 21. 피고 B과 사이에, 원고 소유의 별지 부동산의 표시 기재 건물 중, 같은 도면 표시 ㄱ, ㄴ, ㄷ, ㄹ, ㄱ의 각 점을 순차로 연결한 선내 (가)부분 66.10㎡, 같은 도면 표시 ㄹ, ㄷ, ㅊ, ㅈ, ㅂ, ㅁ, ㄹ의 각 점을 순차로 연결한 선내 (나)부분 152.9㎡, 같은 도면 표시 ㅋ, ㅇ, ㅈ, ㅊ, ㅋ의 각 점을 순차로 연결한 선내 (다)부분 210㎡, 같은 도면 표시 ㅇ, ㅅ, ㅂ, ㅈ, ㅇ의 각 점을 순차로 연결한 선내 (라)부분 110㎡(이하 ‘이 사건 건물’이라 한다)에 관하여 임대차보증금을 10,000,000원, 월 차임을 1,200,000원, 임대차기간을 2013. 12. 10.부터 2014. 12. 10.까지로 정하여 임대차계약을 체결하였다.
B.
