Reasons
1. Following the facts of recognition do not conflict between the parties or may be acknowledged by taking into account the following facts: Gap evidence 1-1, 2, and 2-3; Gap evidence 1-2, and Eul evidence 2-3; the result of the request for measurement and appraisal to the Vice-Governor of the Korean Cadastral Headquarters in the Namnam District Headquarters in Gwangju Special Metropolitan City; the result of the request for appraisal of rent to the head of the office of certified public appraiser; and the purport of the entire pleadings
On April 8, 2005, the Plaintiff (Appointed Party; hereinafter “Plaintiff”) and the SelectionO completed the registration of transfer of each share ownership with respect to one fourth share of Q29 square meters (hereinafter “the instant forest”) among the forest land Q29 square meters in Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju (hereinafter “the instant forest land”).
B. On April 10, 2007, the SelectionO completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to a portion of 1/4 of the forest land in this case.
C. On March 18, 2008, the Buyer P completed the registration of ownership transfer on a share of 1/4 of the forest of this case.
