A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2019 Height589] Any person who is not a marina society shall not engage in any conduct similar to a horse riding voting in connection with racing conducted by the marina society to pay goods or financial benefits to the enemy, and no person shall act as an agent for, arrange for, or transfer marina tickets or others similar thereto for profit-making purposes.

As a result, the defendant, in collusion with the person who was unable to use his name, caused the act similar to the riding voting to be conducted by a marina society, thereby paying property or property benefits to the person who was killed in the racing, and acting as an agent or intermediary for the purpose of profit-making.

On August 3, 2019, from around 10:45 to 16:50, the Defendant visited “G” offices located in Suwon-si F and in the third floor of Suwon-si to “H,” which are Internet illegal private horse racing website. On 241 occasions, the Defendant stuffed by using a racing conducted by the Mar Society by purchasing a total of KRW 2,204,00,000, and printing.
