[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
(a) No person, other than the Korean marina Association, shall permit another person to engage in any conduct similar to riding voting in connection with racing conducted by a marina society, in paying property or property benefits to the enemy, and no person shall act as an agent for, arrange for, or transfer marina tickets or things similar thereto for profit-making purposes;
Nevertheless, on March 6, 2018, the Defendant conspired with the operator of the Morse Horse Program (F Horse) for the use of a server of KRW 1,00,000 per week from Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, G 9.14, 4 computers, and 7 monitors on March 2018. The Defendant installed a private horse program on the said computer, installed a private horse program on the said computer, and received a server from the above person in the name of the above, the Defendant received a private horse server, which is similar to the right to vote to vote to vote for the Morse racing implemented by the Morse Society, from the purchaser of the Morse Morse-si on April 6, 2018. (b) He/she shall not use a racing conducted by a Korean marina society for gambling, etc.;
Nevertheless, on April 6, 2018, the Defendant, using a computer located in Sungnam-si G914, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, by linking F’s “successful” server, which is an illegal private horse program, with the ID referred to as “H” and is equivalent to KRW 7,180,000 in total.
