Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person, other than a marina society, shall not provide property or financial benefits to the enemy by causing anyone to engage in any activity similar to the riding voting in connection with a racing conducted by the marina society, and no one shall act as an agent for, arrange for, or transfer marina tickets or others similar thereto for profit.

Nevertheless, around April 2016, B had C rent the Young-gu DB 1017 (hereinafter “instant studio”), and had C do an act similar to the horse riding voting with respect to the racing conducted in marina society through “E,” “F,” “G,” and “H,” which is a program for installing nine computer units in the instant studio, and mediating the purchase of horse tickets or similar things from customers.

Accordingly, from May 20, 2016 to June 12, 2016, the Defendant, B, C, I, and J play the role of transferring the purchase price of the private right of the said private horse program to the account designated by the deceased, who is the person who opened the said private horse program, from May 20, 2016, to June 12, 2016, through the above private horse program established by the deceased in the studio of this case, ① manage the employees while staying in the studio of this case and mediating the private horse program, ② manages the above private horse program, ② manages the “E” in the above private horse program, and “G,” and the Defendant manages the above private horse program, ⑤ manages the “F” among the above private horse programs, and ⑤ manages the private horse program,” and the Defendant manages the “E” among the programs.
