1. The Plaintiff:

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant B entered into a lease agreement (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) on the ground of 189 square meters of general steel structure sloping roof, 98.6 square meters (attached Form 1), and three without permission, with the name of “E” on the ground of 189 square meters in Nam-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, the Plaintiff, who runs the original wholesale business, entered into a lease agreement with Defendant B and the head of the building floor size (hereinafter “the instant damage warehouse”) (hereinafter “the instant damage warehouse”), which sets the lease deposit amount of KRW 10 million, KRW 600,000,000 for rent, and KRW 2 years for lease period, and kept the original unit, etc. in the said warehouse (hereinafter “the instant lease agreement”).
3) Defendant SPS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant SPS”).
(A) On November 12, 2013, Defendant B and the annexed ground plan ③ approximately 330 square meters in storage (hereinafter “instant warehouse”).
(4) On July 20, 2015, Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”) concluded a lease agreement between Defendant B and the annexed building floor size of the annexed building ② the right part of the building floor size of the annexed building (the size of 66 square meters in sandd panel position structure) and the annexed building floor size of the annexed building ④ the annexed building floor size, and the annexed building floor size was used as a warehouse (hereinafter “the annexed building floor size”).
