Punishment of the crime

At around 15:00 on December 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed trees in a prefabricated sand position plate warehouse (hereinafter “instant warehouse”) owned by the Defendant in Jeju Island; (b) removed from this place without completely turning the residues.

On the 13th of the same month, due to the negligence of not extinguishing the remaining residues in the instant column, the Defendant: (a) carried all warehouses leased by the victim C, such as the “D” plastic house site, the prefabricated position panel of the victim E, the “H assembly-type prefabricated position panel,” the victim G leased and used by the victim G, and carried all warehouses; (b) carried the parts of the “J” assembly-type sand position panel and the plastic position panel and the plastic position panel of the victim I leased and used by the victim I, and carried some parts of the plastic position panel and the plastic house and the articles of storage of the victim K used by the victim C, which were parked adjacent to the instant warehouse; and (c) destroyed the victims’ damage to the left-hand part of the victim’s Lluf-con car operated by the victim K, and the article of the victim’s property, such as the lower-hand fire on the left-hand part of the victim’s lab.
