1. Defendant E: (a) from January 24, 2017 to Plaintiff A and B, KRW 17,627,479, and KRW 92,91,840 to Plaintiff C, and each of them.

Basic Facts

Plaintiff A and B are co-owners who share the buildings listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as “the building No. 1 of this case”) in proportion to 1/2 shares, and Plaintiff C, who operates the clothing Do retail company under the trade name “F,” is a person who leased from Plaintiff A and B a warehouse of 46.25 square meters among the first floor of the building No. 1 of this case from Plaintiff A and B as a clothes warehouse (hereinafter referred to as “instant warehouse”).

Defendant D is the owner of the building indicated in attached list No. 2 (hereinafter “instant building No. 2”), and Defendant A leased 165 square meters among the instant building No. 2 from Defendant D, and operated the instant promptly workplace (hereinafter “instant rapid workplace”).

On November 24, 2016, a fire (hereinafter “instant fire”) occurred at the instant prompt workplace around 17:31 on November 24, 2016.

The fire of this case was burned to the building No. 1 of this case, and eventually, the inventory assets, such as clothes, etc. stored in the warehouse of this case by the plaintiff C, were destroyed.

As a result of the investigation into the Seongbuk Fire Station on the fire of this case, the point of determination of the point of origin is presumed to have been expanded to the whole store as soon as the flames generated by the burning of the nearby combustible materials were first emitted from the front side of the building of the workplace as soon as possible after compiling the statements of workers at the workplace, the initial timber of the fire brigade, the type of burning, and the situation of burning the combustible materials. The grounds for determination of the point of origin are as follows.
