Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 2014, around 09:14, the Defendant driven a B New EFbeta vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of about 500 meters from the near of the ridge distance located in the Sing-si, Sin-si to the front of the 254 Egra-si, the same Sing-si. In the same manner, the Defendant driven a B New EF vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.11%.
