Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 11, 2014, at around 08:09, the Defendant driven C Poter Cargo Vehicles with approximately 10km from the street in front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu to the street in front of Guri-si, 254, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.074% in blood.
