Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 8, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 2.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Jung-gu District Court on September 8, 2008, and a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Northern District Court on January 27, 2014.

On January 18, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.059% with blood alcohol concentration around 09:08, the Defendant driven a BMW528i car from the street before the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-dong to the GMW528i car from the street before the BMW528i car.
