On November 24, 2014, at around 21:50, the Defendant driven approximately 50 meters in B vehicles around the roads adjacent to the “Electronic Islands,” located in the Gyeonggi-si Si Gyeong-si Gyeong-si Gyeong-si 254, under the influence of blood alcohol concentration of 0.108% ( blood collection appraisal).
