A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On June 16, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for night room intrusion larceny at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 30, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. Intrusion upon a structure;

A. On December 7, 2016, around 07:30 on December 7, 2016, the Defendant was in front of the E-factory office managed by the victim D located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and infringed upon the structure managed by the victim by entering the said office through the entrance.

B. On December 17, 2016, around 11:13, 2016, the Defendant entered the H factory office operated by the victim G located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and intruded into the building managed by the victim through the open window.

2. Larceny;

A. The Defendant intruded into the E-factory office managed by the victim D, such as the date and time, at the same place as Paragraph 1-A, and as described in Paragraph 1-A., and stolen it with a copy of the Defendant’s 10,000 won in the market price of Handbags owned by the victim in the above office, and with a copy of 50,000 won in cash and a national card, within the scope of handbags owned by the victim.

B. The Defendant, at around 11:00 on December 8, 2016, at the J parking lot located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, the Defendant: (a) opened a steering 2 chemical string of the Victim K parkeded by the victim K; and (b) stolen the Defendant with the amount equivalent to KRW 20,000 in cash equivalent to the unclaimed wall on the market price owned by the victim and the amount of KRW 20,00 in cash located therein.

On December 11, 2016, at around 10:00, from the first floor of MM multi-household housing in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant stolen it with a handbag on the market price of the victim N owned by the Defendant, which contains a cash of KRW 80,000 in cash on the shock wave.

The Defendant intrudes into the H factory office operated by the Victim G, such as the date, time, place, and 1-B as described in paragraph (1)(b), and then 50,000 won paper paper paper, 1,000 won paper paper and 2 copies, etc. at small credit cooperatives on the book.
