A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around January 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) went into the house of the victim D located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Ulsan-gun; (b) went into the house of the victim D on January 20, 2012; and (c) went into the house of the victim D; and (d) went into the house of the victim’s own cash owned by the victim, which is kept in the inside and outside of the house of the victim; and (b) went into the house of the victim and stolen the victim’s cash.

2. On May 1, 2012, around 14:00 on May 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) went into the house of Victim F, located in Yong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (b) went into the house of Victim F, which was unlocked by the entrance; and (c) went into the house of the victim E; and (d) 200,000 won in cash owned by the victim, which was kept in the west on his/her face, and stolen.

3. On May 18, 2012, around 14:00 on May 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) went into the house of the Victim H located in Chungcheongnam-gun G in Chungcheongnam-do; (b) went into the house of the Victim H; and (c) went into the house of the Victim H; and (d) cut off the cash of KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won of the victim’s possession, in the labed part of

4. On July 20, 2012, around 14:00 on July 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) went into the house of the Victim J, located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) went into the house of the Victim J; and (c) went into the house of the victim J; and (d) went into the house of the victim J, resulting in the theft of KRW 1.50,000 in cash owned by the victim, taking out the clothes of the victim, who is suffering from his/her clothes.

Around July 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) went into the house of the Victim L, located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do around 14:00 on July 30, 2012; (b) went into the house of the Victim L; (c) went into the open door; and (d) went into the house of the victim; and (c) 70,000 won in cash owned by the victim on the front of the inside or outside west.

On August 20, 2012, around 14:00 on August 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) entered the house of the injured party N; (b) on August 20, 2012, the Defendant: (c) entered the house of the injured party N; and (d) went into the house of the injured party N; (b) thereafter, the Defendant cut off a gold ear, which was in a box, one sheet of USD 10, U.S. dollars 10; (c) one sheet of 1, U.S. dollars 2, one sheet of 1,000 U.S. dollars ; and (d) one sheet of 1,000 U.S. dollars pulmonary money.
