Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On April 18, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) in the Support of Mangwon, Ngwon, and completed the execution of the sentence in Seoul Southern Prison on March 13, 2015. On June 10, 2015, the Incheon District Court sentenced the Defendant to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence in the Incheon Detention House on October 10, 2015. On March 24, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for the attempted larceny of night structures at the Incheon District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 1, 2016, and became final and conclusive on December 26, 2016.

1. On June 12, 2017, around 14:45, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded with the entrance using the key set up in front of the above entrance, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, the residence of the victim C, etc.; and (b) took off KRW 188,000 in cash owned by the victim C from the wall located in the room of the victim C; (c) KRW 145,00 in cash owned by the victim E from the wall located in the room of the victim E; and (d) KRW 200,000 in cash owned by the victim from the wall located in the room of the victim F, respectively.
In addition, money and valuables worth approximately KRW 1,816,00 was stolen by the same method by impairing the victim's office or structure over 10 times, as shown in the list of offenses, from October 2015 to around the above time.

2. On April 26, 2017, the Defendant infringed upon a residence by entering the said house through a string gate, which was written in the victim H’s house located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City on April 13:00, and was written in his/her idea of theft of property.
3. A criminal defendant is not aware of, and attempted to, TV repair engineers who have been frightened to steals property by entering the victim's residence at the same time and place as the above paragraph (1).
