Among six months (from December 8, 2016 to June 7, 2017) that the respondent made to the applicant on December 5, 2016, the revocation of the eligibility to participate in competitive tendering process between small and medium enterprises and the restriction on the acquisition of eligibility to participate shall be suspended until the date the appellate court rendered a ruling on the revocation of the eligibility to participate in competitive tendering process between small and medium enterprises and the revocation of the restriction on the acquisition of eligibility to participate in competitive tendering process (No. 2016Guhap8341).

According to the applicant's explanation materials, it is recognized that there is an urgent need to prevent irrecoverable damage caused to the applicant due to the validity of the disposition stated in the order, and there is no other data that may otherwise be deemed to have a significant impact on public welfare due to the suspension of validity of the above disposition. Thus, the application of this case shall be accepted, and it shall be determined as ordered by Article
