Punishment of the crime

At around 02:30 on December 11, 2013, the Defendant driven a B low-speed car from the Do near Tae-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, to the 354th parallel road in front of the Yung-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, at a distance of about 2 km from 0.171% alcohol concentration.
