Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 3, 2013, at around 23:49, the Defendant driven the volume of B rocketing car owned by himself under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.157% alcohol concentration on the road of approximately 200 meters in front of the Cheongjdong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, to the lower end of the 280-dong Haak apartment.
