A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Joint offenses with B;

A. On July 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) conspiredd to purchase psychotropic drugs-related Mesponsers (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”); and (b) in the D Hospital parking lot located in Gumi-si, Gumi-si; (c) contacted the Defendant with E that was related to the former, and (d) purchased approximately 0.3 g of philopon, which was contained in the Mespopic injection period, to E, along with B.

B. On the same day as described in the above paragraph (a), the Defendant and B administered philophones by dividing the philophones purchased as described in the above paragraph (a) into two parts, one-time injection devices, and inserting them into two parts, and inserting them into one-time injection devices, and administering them respectively, in a way of injecting them into each of the following arms:

C. Around 03:00 on August 9, 2013, the Defendant and B conspired to purchase phiphones, and then purchased approximately 0.8 g of phiphones contained in the part of the instant part of the F vehicle parked in the right side of the Southern-gu Pacific Ocean located in the Southern-si, Sinsi-si., the Defendant and B purchased approximately 0.8 g of phiphones, which were delivered by the Defendant from the Defendant, to the above E.

At around 04:00 on the same day as described in the above sub-paragraph (c), the Defendant and B administered 0.1g each of the philophones purchased from the telecom room in which it is difficult to identify the trade name in the Gumi-si, Simi-si, respectively, and 0.1g each of the philophones purchased as described in the above sub-paragraph (c) by inserting them into two for a single-use, and dilution them with raw water, and by injecting them into their arms:

E. The Defendant and B, at around 07:00 on the same day as the set forth in the above sub-paragraph (c), put each 0.1g of the philophones purchased from the telecom room where it is difficult to identify the trade name in the Gumi-si, Simi-si, and 0.1g of the philophones purchased as described in the above sub-paragraph (c) into two for a single-use injection machine, and dilution them into each of them, and administered philophones by means of injection

F. On August 10, 2013, the Defendant and B purchased the trade name at the telecom room with which it is difficult to know the trade name in the Dong-dong of Gu-si on August 10, 2013, respectively.
