[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

80,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

[Defendant B]

Punishment of the crime

Although Defendants were not to sell, sell or administer psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs, even though they were not to sell, sell, or administer crophones (hereinafter “crophones”). However, Defendants traded and administered crophones as follows:

1. Defendant A

A. On January 16, 2015, the Defendant traded phiphones by means of receiving KRW 300,000 in cash from H and receiving KRW 0.24 g of phiphones from H from G Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F on January 16, 2015.

B. (i) The Defendant, on January 2015, administered once by dilution 0.08g of phiphonephones purchased in the middle and middle of 00:30 on January 1, 2015, in the Defendant’s residence of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City IB02, on the one hand, in a coffee contained in paper cups.

B. At around 21:00 on January 2015, 2015, the Defendant administered once by dilution 0.08g of the philophones purchased as above to the coffee contained in paper cups.

On January 1, 2015, at around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) placed 0.08g of the philopon purchased as above in a injection machine in the place of residence of the Defendant; and (b) injected once in a way of injecting into the left spopon.

C. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant, around 13:30 on February 2, 2015, purchased and sold phiphones by using 50,000 won in cash on the roads of Ksung in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan CityJ, Nam-gu, and by using B, a phiphones in the way of drying up with L from 0.2g phiphones.

On February 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) administered philophone medication by means of dilution into one’s arms in a PBW vehicle operated by anO parked in the NM parking lot located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu on February 14, 2015; and (b) administered by means of injection into one’s arms after dilution with 0.2g of philophones into one’s arms.
