Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant operated the C Car Center in the name of the victim B, and entered his/her mobile phone at the time of entering the card merchant, and thought that he/she issued and used a credit card in the name of the victim without the consent of the victim on July 31, 2015 when soliciting the application for the card in the name of the victim.
A. On August 4, 2015, the Defendant forged an application for issuance and receipt of a private document, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, and forged a receipt for the purpose of preparing and signing an application for issuance and receipt under the victim’s name without the consent of the victim, at the CKa Center located in Da of Macheon-si, 2015.
In other words, the Defendant was issued Samsung Card by exercising the Samsung Card’s certificate by submitting a true name verification letter to Samsung Card employees.
B. The Defendant received 700,000 won cash services with the forged Samsung Card, which was forged with the agricultural cash payment machine at a place not known on May 3, 2016.
In such a way, the Defendant stolen 3,60,000 won in cash from the cash payment season with the Samsung Card that was forged on seven occasions, such as the previous list of crimes (1).

On August 10, 2015, the Defendant, by deceiving the Franchis stores in Ma, which were forged by the Defendant, as if it were a true card, paid the amount of KRW 1 million.
The Defendant settled the product with a forged Samsung Card that was forged over 135 times, as in the list of crimes (2) from among the details of the attached use, or obtained a credit card loan, and took property profits equivalent to KRW 27,214,766.
(d)
The Defendant in violation of the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business was using forged Samsung Card issued by stealing the name of the victim B, as described in the above B and C.
