The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.

The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant, on August 8, 2014, obtained the consent to the issuance of a credit card from the first police officer and the pro-friendly C, and did not have the intent or ability to repay the credit card even if using the credit card, he/she was in possession by gathering the above C name from Samsung Card Co., Ltd.

A. On August 7, 2014, the Defendant withdrawn KRW 30,000 for cash services using the above Samsung Card in the cash payment period of KRW 101 on the first floor of the 1st floor of the D Building, Sincheon-gu, Sincheon-gu, Sincheon-si, Seoul, and the same month.

8. 13. In the cash payment machine located in the Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si, 30,000 won was withdrawn and stolen from the above Samsung Card as a cash service.

B. On August 13, 2014, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 226,00 from H, which was operated by the victim G in Orcheon-gu, Sincheon-gu, Sincheon-gu, Sincheon-si, and paid the price by the said credit card while doing so as to be the lawful holder of the said Samsung Card. On the same day, the Defendant paid the price with the said credit card, and at the above point operated by the victim J, the Defendant paid the price by the said method and acquired each pecuniary profit corresponding to the said amount.

On August 7, 2014, the Defendant purchased Samsung Card’s Internet homepage mobile coophones by accessing Samsung Card Co., Ltd.’s Internet mobile coophones, and then purchased the coophones by using a computer at a place that cannot be known around August 7, 2014, he pretended to be the legitimate holder of the said Samsung Card, and without authority, entered the information of the said Samsung Card, and obtained the pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 5,300 from the 5,300.

In addition, the Defendant, from around that time to the 13th day of the same month, has property equivalent to KRW 330,300 in total by the same method nine times, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form.
