A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who was unable to obtain a credit card due to bad credit standing, applied for the issuance of a credit card in the name of the children, using a mobile phone which is opened in the name of the children B. After applying for the issuance of the credit card in the name of the children, he thought that he was using the credit card through a mobile phone certification.

1. On January 15, 2015, the Defendant forged a private document and affixed B’s signature to the “B” on the member name column in preparing “B” at the office of the 4th floor KB non-life insurance in Goyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-si, 968-3, 968-3, the Defendant signed the “B” on the member name column. The Defendant, on January 15, 2015, presented the Samsung Card (credit card No. C) as if he/she was a genuine right holder at the second basement 52 underground floor located in Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-si, Mayang-si, Mayang-si, and obtained the delivery of goods worth KRW 42,727,670 in total over 1,077 from around that time to July 27, 2016, by presenting as if he/she was a genuine right holder.

On September 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered Samsung Card issued in the paying machine and withdrawn KRW 200,000 from that time to May 2, 2016, at the net cash payment machine of 101 building D, Taeyang-gu, Taeyang-gu; (b) and (c) entered the password in the payment machine; and (c) and (d) withdrawn 200,000 won from that time; and (d) from that time to May 2, 2016:
