Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 05:04 on November 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) set up a Category B B motor vehicle in front of the Korea Legal Welfare Agency located in Seogdong-gu, Seoggu, Daegu; (b) was locked; (c) was requested to verify whether a person drives a motor vehicle at the site after receiving 112 report, and to verify his/her personal information; and (d) was called “I would not drive a motor vehicle at the site, but I would not drive a motor vehicle. I would like to flee.” This assaulted D’s right side-hand bridge, and the wheel part of E as a saw.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of Drinking Measures) was demanded by the Defendant to respond to the measurement of drinking alcohol by inserting it into a drinking measuring instrument over about 30 minutes, on the grounds that there are reasonable grounds to recognize that the Defendant was driving under the influence of alcohol, such as the Defendant, by standing at the time, at a place under paragraph (1) of this Article, by putting him flick at the driver’s seat of the said vehicle, flick D with a slope belonging to the said police box, flick D with a slope belonging to the said police box, flicking by the flick E, flicking on the face of the Defendant, and flicking.

그럼에도 피고인은 음주측정기에 입김을 불어 넣는 시늉만 하거나 고개를 돌리는 방법으로 이를 회피하여 정당한 사유 없이 경찰공무원의 음주측정요구에 응하지 아니하였다.

3. Around November 6, 2013, the Defendant was driving a dynac vehicle B without obtaining a driver’s license on the front side of the dynac vehicle located in the dynac-dong, Seogu, Daegu-gu, and the front side of the Korea Legal Welfare Agency located in the same dynac-dong from the front side of the dynac vehicle in the same dynac-dong.
