1. Defendant A was a director of the construction business company E and B located in the original city E and the second floor from around May 2008 to May 14, 2012, and was the representative director of the said B corporation from around May 15, 2012 to around May 15, 2012.

From August 9, 2010 to February 20, 2013, the Defendant, around July 18, 201, leased the career certificate of construction technology from G, H, I, and J from G, H, I, and the national technical qualification certificate from K, including the fact that the Defendant obtained a loan of KRW 1.8 million from G through Brerer F, from the office of the above B, and paid 1.8 million in return.

Nevertheless, as of May 15, 2012, the Defendant was a representative director of the said B Co., Ltd., and was leased by MM through L.

4. Defendant B, a representative, committed a violation of Article 3(3) of the Act on the Management of Construction Technology of another person’s career in connection with the corporation’s business.
