A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
7 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power” On February 4, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at Seoul Southern District Court on February 4, 201, and the same court on August 13, 2010 sentenced two months of imprisonment for the same crime and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Busan Prison on May 9, 2013.
The Defendant, “2014 Highest 468,” who is not a narcotics handler, dealt with the following, even though it is prohibited from selling, arranging, providing, administering, etc. a psychotropic drug psychotropic drug (hereinafter referred to as “clopon”).
1. C-related crimes;
A. At around 04:00 on June 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) laid off KRW 2.6 million from C in front of the “F convenience store” located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan; and (b) delivered KRW 2.6 million to G in front of the dwelling place of G (Death October 11, 2013) located at approximately 50 meters from C, as above, in front of the dwelling place of G (the death of October 2013) and delivered KRW 10,000 of the instant “F convenience store” to G; (c) took about 10 grams of the instant “F convenience store,” and (d) took about 10 grams of the instant “F convenience store,” and 5 g of the instant “5 g of the instant rophone,” dried up the 5g of the rophone, which was contained in a white paper, and added to the remainder of the rophone, which was contained in a plastic paper.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones between the above C and G.
B. At around 10:00 on September 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) placed approximately 0.2g of phiphonephones in a pre-authorized lux car located in the IE parking lot located in the Sungsung-si in Gyeonggi-do; (b) placed approximately 0.2g of phiphones in a one-time lux; and (c) placed C free of charge.
Accordingly, the defendant provided philophones.
2. K-related crimes;
A. (1) On September 27, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime of selling phiphones (1) contained approximately 0.03g of philophones, among the philophones previously possessed by the Defendant, in the penta-gun L, Gangwon-do, in K for a single-time injection.
