Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two years and two months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On November 7, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment and four months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at Seoul Northern District Court (hereinafter “Seoul Northern District Court”) and completed the execution of the sentence on September 5, 2014.

[2015 Highest 1209] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Acceptance of psychotropic-related Metracules (one philographopon, hereinafter referred to as “philoopon”);

A. On April 2015, 2015, the Defendant received approximately 0.15 g of philopon from D on the roads near the Gu C, which were located in the Roman’s city.

B. At around 19:00 on Apr. 2, 2015, the Defendant, at the F restaurant near Gangnam-gu, Seoul, about 0.1g of the penphone, as described in paragraph (a), laid off to G without compensation.

C. On May 17, 2015, the Defendant received approximately 0.5g opphones from D in a room where it is difficult to find out the trade name near the House of Government at night, in which it is difficult to find out the trade name near the House of Government.

Accordingly, the defendant received philophones over three times.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On April 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of philophones 0.05g, which were dryed from D, as referred to in paragraph 1(a), in his own dwelling in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H and 101, into a single-use injection machine, and injected them into the blood transfusion.

B. At around 02:00 on May 19, 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of the philopon clopon d, as set forth in subparagraphs 502-1(c), in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, into a single-use divers, and injected into the arms blood pipe.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones over twice.

3. On May 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 13:13, the Defendant: (b) divided approximately 0.36 g of the instant Jamburher from D into two types of one-time type of philopon, as set forth in subparagraph 1(c); and (c) stored approximately 0.36 g of the philopon in the Defendant’s official approval color travel room.

Accordingly, the defendant possessed a philophone.
