A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

1,102,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall smoke marijuana or marijuana seed coats, and the defendant is prohibited from administering or trading mert cacules (one shotphone, and hereinafter referred to as shotphones), which are psychotropic substances, because he/she is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Sale of philophones;

A. On June 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 21:50 on June 12, 2013, the Defendant: (b) sent D with approximately 0.8g of philopon to D around the Defendant’s residence; and (c) received money from E in return for the transfer of money.

D At around 22:50 on the same day, at around 22:50, 30,000 won from the Defendant’s residence, the Defendant provided the said money in front of the Defendant’s residence.

In this respect, the defendant sold philophones to sexual incompetence E.

B. At around 18:00 on July 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.8g of philopon to D before G in Macheon-si, Macheon-si; (b) received money from Ma in return for transfer to E.

D At around 18:50 on the same day, at the vicinity of the Office of Government 3 Dong-dong, the Government of the Do-si, the 18:50 on the same day, the Defendant provided the above money in front of the I pension located in Macheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, with the above 600,000 won.

In this respect, the defendant sold philophones to sexual incompetence E.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On September 7, 2013, at around 22:30, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s residence, injected approximately 0.05g of phiphonephones in a single-use injection machine, which he had been in possession of, and administered them by having the Defendant injection into the right side of the Defendant’s blood.

B. At around 22:00 on October 5, 2013, the Defendant used 0.05g of phiphonephones in his possession at the above Defendant’s residence.
