1. 2. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On October 1, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act by putting on the hand the hand of the Victim G (Woo, 18 years old at that time) who had scamd money in the F Accounting Team located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, in the early 18:0-19:00.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by compulsion against juveniles under the age of 19.
