A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, as a relative relative, committed an indecent act against the provisions of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, etc. of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, committed an indecent act against a juvenile who is a relative by putting the victim as the victim’s father-child with the victim B (influence, C) from October 2018 to November 2018.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes and Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. At early 23:00 on June 2019, the Defendant entered the victim’s room located in the above paragraph (1) and made the victim fit himself/herself, and the victim did not refuse to do so, and the Defendant was able to see the victim’s chest by putting him/her on the bend and down on the bend and down on the bend and down on the part of the victim.

C. On July 9, 2019, the Defendant entered the victim’s room located in the place specified in the above paragraph (1) around 23:00, and came to have the victim’s sexual organ known of the victim’s sexual organ, and the victim’s her sexual organ was her part.
