Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, for the defendant C, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant B was sentenced by the Daegu District Court on June 12, 2015 to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence), etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 20, 2015, and the Defendants are not persons handling narcotics.
1. Defendant A
A. On June 2013, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 1 million from a policeman B’s request to rescue phiphones; and (b) arranged to trade phiphones by means of finding about 1g of phiphones sold from G around the cash withdrawal machine of the Daejeon U.S. U.S. F branch on the 20th day of the same month; and (c) around the 21st day of the same month, B arranged to trade phiphones by finding about 1g of phiphones sold from G in the “Icom” seated in Daejeon-dong, Daejeon.
B. On July 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 1 million from B to one bank account (Account Number K) in the name of his mother; and (b) arranged to trade phiphones by taking approximately 1g of phiphones from G on the same day from the Defendant’s house No. 205 of the Daejeon Dong-gu L building No. 205 to G; and (c) around the 13th day of the same month, B arranged to trade phiphones by taking approximately 1g of phiphones from G on the street near N in the Gumi-si M.
C. On July 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 1 million from B to one bank account (Account Number K) in the name of his mother; and (b) purchased and sold the said written phone from G in the vicinity of the Daejeon Middle-gu Office, Daejeon on the same day; and (c) arranged to sell and sell the written phone from G on the same day by receiving approximately 1g of the written phone from G on the street near the R Station located in Kimcheon-si Q. D.
On July 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received 500,000 won of the purchase price of philopon from S at the home of the above Defendant’s Defendant’s office, with the request to rescue the philopon from S; and (b) purchased the philopon to G in front of the “PJO” located in Daejeon Middle-gu.
