The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On November 17, 2012, at around 22:11, the Defendant driven the said vehicle from the roads around the king Bathing Beach located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, to the roads located in the 931 Northwest-dong, Dong-dong 931.
