On August 16, 2014, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at a section of about 500 meters in front of the Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-dong Coastal Sea, with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.110% 0.10% around August 21, 2014.
